1. What we collect
When you buy a number we store your email address, the number and country you purchased, and order status. Payment details (card numbers) are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them. SMS messages received by your virtual number are stored so we can show them to you in the app and, if you opt in, forward them to your email.
2. How we use it
Your email is used for sign-in links, SMS forwarding (optional, can be turned off on the Manage screen), and service notifications such as payment failures. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Processors
We rely on the following processors to run the Service: Stripe (payments and billing), Telnyx (telecom carrier providing the numbers), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and PostHog (product analytics). Each receives only the data needed for its function.
4. Retention
Order records are kept for accounting purposes. SMS messages and sign-in tokens are kept only as long as needed to operate the Service; you can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
