1. The service
TimelinesAI Numbers ("the Service") provides virtual phone numbers, provisioned through licensed telecom partners, intended primarily for receiving SMS verification messages (for example, WhatsApp verification codes). The Service is operated by TimelinesAI ("we", "us").
2. Subscriptions and billing
Numbers are sold as subscriptions billed through Stripe. The initial purchase covers a 3-month starter term (a carrier requirement for SMS-capable numbers) plus any one-time connection fee shown at checkout. After the starter term, the subscription renews monthly (or yearly, if selected) at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices are in USD.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Manage screen or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and releases the number back to the carrier; the number cannot be recovered afterwards. Payments already made — including the starter term — are non-refundable except where a number could not be provisioned at all or where a refund is required by law. If we fail to deliver a working number, contact us and we will refund the purchase in full.
4. Acceptable use
Numbers may not be used for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, or harassment. Numbers are provided for legitimate personal or business messaging use. We may suspend or terminate numbers involved in abuse, with notice where practicable.
5. Service limitations
Virtual numbers depend on third-party carrier networks. We do not guarantee delivery of every SMS, acceptance of a number by any specific third-party platform (including WhatsApp), or uninterrupted availability. Numbers do not support emergency calling.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
